Note:
- you need new Message-Files if you upgrade from older BCM versions
- remember to use convert.bcm instead of old convname.bcm/convlife.bcm for converting boardname and lifetime
- to use OpenBCM on citizen band, set 'callformat 2' (and maybe 'logincallformat 2') at your mailbox prompt to allow non-ham callsigns
